Description
JOT-293-EVS-01 are extracellular vesicles (EVs) derived from HEK293 cells, purified via gradient centrifugation, tangential flow ultrafiltration, and exclusion chromatography. Supplied as lyophilized powder or frozen aqueous buffer suspension, they are intended for research use (validated via NTA/NanoFCM, BCA, WB, and TEM). Storage: -80°C (lyophilized: 12 months; frozen suspension: 6 months). Reconstitution requires sterile water/PBS and washing via centrifugation.
