EV Fluorescent Labelling Kit 488

Description

JOT-EV-FL488 is a kit designed to label a broad assortment of extracellular vesicles (EVs) and cell-derived particles specifically fluorescently from different sources. This kit does not consist of any lipids or lipophilic material to ensure ease of repurification of EVs after labelling. The dye is non-fluorescent until it comes into contact with EVs or cells. Upon repurification of the labelled EVs, the dye is stably retained within the EVs and can be used to track EVs in vitro or in vivo. Option available for 405, 488, 561, 640 laser lines.
