JOT-EV-LB1 is a ready-to-use reagent specifically formulated for the efficient and gentle lysis of extracellular vesicles (EVs), including exosomes and microvesicles, for downstream protein analysis. This buffer ensures effective solubilization of EV-associated and internal proteins while preserving protein structure and activity for applications such as Western blotting, ELISA, and mass spectrometry.

The detergent-based formulation minimizes protein degradation and includes EDTA for metal ion chelation, enhancing protein stability. For optimal results, protease and phosphatase inhibitors should be added fresh prior to use.
